New Year’s Resolution: This Year I Will Lose It!

Someone recently posed the question “If you could do 2014 over again knowing what you know now, what would you change?”

2014 was a good year to me. I lost over 100 lbs (currently down 115). I got married. I learned a ton of life lessons. I learned what I was made of.

What would I change? I wish I had known at the start that I wouldn’t fail. I wouldn’t have wasted all that time doubting myself and getting in my own way.

But now that I know what I know, I want YOU to start off on the right foot.

I am a teacher at heart. No really, I have a degree in education and everything! And I want to teach you.

If you are reading this right now, you probably have at least a basic interest in losing weight. But if you are ready to stop being interested in losing weight and actually doing it, I am ready to help you.

I want to coach you through, from your before picture until the scale settles on your goal weight, and maybe even beyond that.

I have set up a newsletter. It is based around actions you can take and lifestyle changes you can make one day at a time to lead to reaching your goal weight. And I want you to sign up.

I know, you’re thinking it might be just another piece of spam and it might not help you at all. There’s always that chance. I know it will change your life, but you can’t know that yet. I get the skepticism.

Thanks for mentioning taking before measurements. I never considered it until a few days ago. After I had my baby the scale stayed in exactly the same place for five months. But I decided to try on my old pants anyway (even though they didn’t fit three months ago); and wholla, they fit!! I am loosing something, even if it’s not weight. (And my boobs probably gained 10lbs each anyway).
